There is an Elgin street near where i live...  Very cool effect with the paint look, did you model this in a 3d program first?
   That paint effect is extremely nice, and works so well with the atmosphere and epic feel. Excellent work.
Do you mind if I try the effect out myself?  even if i did mind, who am i to stop you?!
of course i dont mind. it's a combination of PS's "watercolor" and "paint daubs" plugins, i always make a new layer and effect that so i can change my mind about blending later on... -- The Future has loaded - Verifying Client Data... |
