this scene is a collab with Failurecrusade [link] , who made the main palace structures and the formation of ships. the rest of the grounds and the city beyond are my own work, as is all the texturing.

we see here the annual naval tattoo on antares prime, where the legendary 1st arm of which the emperor himself is executive officer, display their might for the denizens of the capital.

admission is free to the palace grounds, and as a result, security measures are ironclad.
