Their clothes are better than their faces mostly, even if variations on a general theme. Could do with a more sexy/attractive look, especially for the evil and neutral people. But thanks for posting as I needed to check their appearance for my story! (No one wants to play with me, boo hoo!)

The feature was okay in itself but was implemented at the last moment in not a very good way. They ve improved it a lot for Fable 3, I believe. Shame they couldn't have done same for Fable 2!
